This is a well known fact that, today, to build muscle diet is the key element that will determine whether or not it is successful. Quick guidelines for food, build muscle:

1) Eat 5-7 meals per day. This will allow to spend the amount of calories you need to grow. (This means that your body maintains a high level of energy throughout the day.)

2) to divide your meals into portions of approximately 50% carbohydrates, 30% protein and the rest can come from fat.

3) Eat about half an hour to two hours before your training and eat immediately, or at least within an hour after your workout. Your post workout meal can really be a meal replacement powder, but it should be rich in protein. Also, eat a meal or take a protein shake before bedtime, the quality of calories your muscles used to promote growth through the night. You will be on the short arm of energy at the moment, to eat as soon as possible after waking.
